Hi Jio Team,
I would like to raise a complaint regarding my contact number 9873983144. For the past 3 days, I am unable to make or receive calls, neither I am able to use the internet, the problem is only when I am sitting at my home. If I stand outside my balcony, I can make calls. I am not getting any SMS (OTP). Spoken to 2 of your reps and they both said that there is some issue going on in my area and it will be fixed in 180 to 240 days (have you guys gone mad or what).
This is such a crucial time and you are giving me this stupid reason. We all 5 family members are using JIO and none of us are able to make or receive calls. I told them that just standing outside my house my internet is working fine, the phone is working fine it’s only my home. 180 days, are you guys kidding me.
I have checked with my other friends in my area who are using JIO and they are not facing any issues. I am not able to make any bank transaction either or unable to chat with you guys, coz it’s asking for OTP and without network I am not even getting OTP.
Please try to resolve my issue or else we have to PORT all the 5 numbers to a different network.
