I have given numerous complaints to jio from years that they have great issue in panchkula sector 26 as subscribers increased.Some years nack, network engineer visited and after so much settings at site and all things,he said go for network booster at your roof .I denied it and then he said wait for one or two years approx new site will be located in this area to handle network traffic but nothing happened till date.Now again given complaints to applealte email then anorher engineer visited and change some settings ,ot get little bit improved in speed like in starting speed was under 2 mbps now its near about 5 mbps only.Is this 4g speed, on other hand airtel providing 50mbps in phone and even network of jio is poor only 2 bars.Applealte said this speed is good, now tell me what to do to these idiots?? THEY ARE SINKING COMPANY’S REPUTATION.They should install network tower to improve services but they are ignoring it.
