Facing no network issue in our area(15 B cross yelahanka new town, Bengaluru)since last Monday 21/08/2023. I have contacted JIO on 198 and raised a complaint but they simply closed it stating ‘coverage is weak I the area and will become good in future’. The network in the same area was flawless before 21/08 and some issue might have arises in this area but no one is ready to come and test the network in this area. I have checked with my neighbours and friends who use JIO network and they are facing the same problem. Unfortunately I have recharged my number with one year plan and cannot port to other network. Kindly help me with this issue.
