I am currently a Jio customer and my compliant is specifically about not being able to make/receive calls inside my home nor use the internet data pack. It is disgraceful as Jio demands quarterly prepaid payments for recharges yet I have not been receiving the services a customer deserves for over a year now.
I transferred from Vodafone to Jio but that was a big mistake as I am getting zero bars/signal inside my home Avadh Kimberly, Baleshwar Palsana Road, Palsana Surat Gujarat 394315.
I need Jio to improve my signal strength so that I can make and receive calls as well as use the internet on my mobile. I’m sure with Jio’s technology they can improve the signal strength or install a tower nearby as there are 430 villas in this Society. Otherwise I will have no option but to transfer to Vodafone.
