Respected sir my name is RAMAPPA I have purchased Jio mobile phone on 18-4-2019 in Jio point but phone was not working properly they have a problem of mobile phone in this cannot able to talk with other I have complained to mobile store but Jio workers says no stock in every day in these days I have paid mostly 900 rupees bus charges please help and solve my problem
