Dear Sir/madam,
One 3rd January 2021 I had recharged my jio prepaid mobile with amount 555. On the same time funds has been deducted from my account but my recharge not done against my jio number.
To Jio customer care I had raised complaint with complaint number 51437 on same day but till 22 Jan 2021 my refund amount not credited and approx 10 mails I had sent but they not reverted positively. Also customer care agents also misbehaving and cut my phone in between.
They are confirming it’s a failed transaction but they are not returning my amount from last 20 days.
Request you to kindly look the matter and help me for resolving the same. I will highly appreciating your effort.
