I am a jio customer. I noticed something that when we recharge extra data then it will expire with our current plan expiry date , if we already have recharged or not for validity. Example i charged extra data yesterday. My current validity plan expiring tomorrow. So i reacharged for validity plan today. I have extra data balance 5GB. But i will lose it by tomorrow. It is not fare. As a customer i am giving money and my data is looting by the service provider. So kindly do the needful.
