1). Customer care executive told to order jio mesh extender online and assured that they will send someone to deploy it.
2). servicemen came with a different request of router demo which was not even lodged by me.
3). Furthermore , no single person from jio department in moradabad knows how to deploy mesh extender and claims that no training has been given to them . However, higher authorities deny it.
4). With no hope left , finally i had to configure this extender using external videos and tutorials.
5). They also misguided that my ethernet cable is defective although it was not.
