Hi customer Care team,
I have made a purchase on 30 July as shown in the screenshot. I made the payment via Pay U money and the amount got debited.
Since then I have mailed more than 100 emails and your JIO MART is so unprofessional in handling those. I must say you have hired most set of inexperienced professional who doesn’t know how processes work.
More than 50 emails have been sent in explaining the issue to them again and again. To date, they have not refunded me the amount.
Sorry to say if this is not addressed i will have to publish a series of complaints people have with JIO mart in the newspaper.
Pls get this address ASAP.

I received Mail from your side that refund is initiated and it will take 1 week to process on 6th October. To date, i have not received my refund.
Its been 5 months since you guys are behaving like this. sorry to say this is the most unprofessional experience i have had till date.
Kindly issue the REFUND ASAP.
