I order many goods on 24th July via JIO Mart app, they did not deliver it untill 28th July. So I cancelled the order. Since then I am communicating with them via email even they donot reply if email is sent to ([email protected]). Later I called customer care they replied it will be credited within 2 working day but not done. Afterward I sent an email to ([email protected]). They replied amount will be credited within 7 working days , but still not done. My refund amount is 681 rupees.
Please help me to get the refund

I order many goods on 31st of July via JIO Mart app on prepaid basis , they without delivering materials updated in apps item delivered . Since then I am communicating with them via email even they donot reply if email is sent to ([email protected]). Later on I called to customer care number they replied it will be credited within 7 days but regret it yet not refund back my amount
