Dear sir,
my order number 15969823079084775A is showing delivered but the same has not been delivered. The delivery boy has taken the OTP from me while I was in office and said that he has delivered the order to security guard. Now the delivery (Vishal Jaiswal 9702169854) has blocked my number.
Despite many reminders from me and many telephonic assurances from jio mart, I still haven’t received my refund. The screenshots of the chat with the delivery guy is attached herewith.
Kindly help me out.
