Jio Mart: Missing Items in order number
Hi,
I had very obnoxious back to back customer service experiences with JIO Mart that completely surprised me. I ordered groceries and daily necessities from JIO Mart on 23/08/2020 order no 15977402329059365A and paid ₹2531.81 through SBI card. Below items were missing from that order:
- Too Yum Dahi Papadi Chat Multigrain Chips (4 quantity Amount 76 Rupees)
- Best Farms Black Cardamom (50 gram Amount 79.20 Rupees)
Since 24/08/2020 I have been sending mails and calling their consumer care on daily basis but no action is taken from their side. I only received assurance that money will be refunded.
But till now have not received a single call from Jio-Mart team to update me regarding my refund. when I finally got to speak with escalation team after waiting for nearly half an hour to 45 mins, she too started saying same, ‘will get back to you within 48 days’. And to my surprise I found that my refund process had still not been initiated. it had been nearly 14 days since I asked them to cancel my order and initiate refund and those guys say this kind of lies.
I have around 30 to 35 complaints Registered with them but still didn’t get proper response from the team. t is a shame how one bad incident can potentially spoil an entire experience and create a negative perception of business. All because someone isn’t willing to take an extra moment or step to take care of a customer. I think JIO mart would sheds its laziness and apathy and heed to my request and refund my money as soon as possible.
