1. I have an Jio Mart  Marchent account under the Name Sree Krishna Sweets.
   Registered Ph Number – 9831526166
   On 30-5-21 an Order was delivered with 12 pack of Aashirvaad Atta and out of which 4 packs were Detective.
   I urged the Delivery Person to return the products but was told to raise a return request which i did on the same day.
   But the Request was marked Out for Pickup and nothing happened.
   So i called your team and raised a Service Request for the same on 7-6-21.
   Service Req Id – 0024613529
   And i was assured i wil have the pickup in 2 days.
   On 9-06-21 my Return Request was Cancled with the Reason my shop was closed.
   I never Received any Call for Pickup and my Shop was opened the whole day.
   When i called your Executive today i was told return wont be happening and its rejected.
   They cant help me.
