Hi,
I had ordered few groceries on 29th April 2023 and it was suppose to be delivered on 1st May 2023 but till now I have not received the goods and money is blocked (as there is no option to cancel it)
I called customer care stating “Either deliver the goods or cancel the order ” they said they can not do and ask me to 3-5 days.
I also contacted jiomart grievance centre via email (cshead@jiomart.com) but did not get any reply whatsoever.
I am attaching invoice copy for your reference.
Kindly help me.
