I order many goods on 31st of July via JIO Mart app on prepaid basis , they without delivering materials updated in apps item delivered . Since then I am communicating with them via email even they donot reply if email is sent to (cs@jiomart.com). Later on I called to customer care number they replied it will be credited within 7 days but regret it yet not refund back my amount
