I ordered 1 item from jio mart worth rs. 999 on 2nd oct. But till now I have not received the item. I requested them multiple times to cancel and refund the amount if they can’t deliver but still no action. The app still shows the item will be delivered by 5th Oct which was 2 weeks ago
