I had order groceries  and daily necessities from jio Mart in 20/08/2020 order no 15977649289120124A and paid ₹3084.71 through Sodexo card. On 20th Aug Jio-mart app the order is not delivered at my place. Since 22/08/2020 I am sending mail and calling their consumer care on daily basis but no action is taken from their side.

One person called me and told that money is refunded but i didn’t get any money.

Its been more than 30 days. I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible.
