I took Jio fiber 1 year plan in the month of Feb, the executive came to my place took my aadhar as address proof and also took my photo in person.
I am not sure if the guy named is able to access my Personal information.
When i tried to open the bill from the mail box to claim, I was not able to open with the standard password pattern they have.
Now if i want the name to changed to my name they are telling it cannot be updated or transfered, i need in my name so that i can claim reimbursement from office.
