As per the plans of a Jio we get 1000 mins.When I call any number from my jio card to non jio sim card For even 1 seconds or less than a minute Jio cut full minute from my minutes left.
Even Jio hasnt witten in its terms and conditions that they will cut the whole minute for even calling a second.
So I called customer care he was saying they will cut the second and if I was talking more time with customer care he said he is transfering call to specialist but the call gets dissconnected this happen two times.They Even talk about it well.
So my request is you should call the customer care and recheque.
