I was unable to use JIO Fiber service I raised multiple complaints JIO Fiber did not work for almost 4 months later the person came he informed to cancel this connection so that he can book a new connection
I cancelled the connection and while raising the request I was informed that the entire amount will be refunded if there is no usage
But I got 100 rs refund where in I had to get 2000+ rupees as my refund I had taken the connection to use JIO was unable to provide service and looted my money
