Jio is restricting to get UPC code to port out from jio after completion of TRAI guidelines of 90days completion.
I spoke to Jio customer care they are saying it’s technical error which is seriously fake and creating inconvenience to customers who wanted to port out.
Below message quote” UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.”
Requesting your support to take appropriate action against Jio for violating TRAI regulations.
