If people are recharge with small tariff of 10 or 50
Amount deposited into their account is less than that recharge which is acceptable
But after what do we do with it neither we can make use it for calling or sms
To take the benefits of those services we need to recharge for a monthly plan.
Then what about our balance how can I use my money.
No answer from the customer support.
