Dear Sir Madam I want to say that Vikas Kumar whose number is 919646938909 is continously wasting my time from the last 8 months by not installing DP Box outside my House.Anil Tandon whose number 7740097436 and that person told me that from where you are talking from which House.Even Customercare of Jio Fiber is also making excueses that provision of installation of DP Box outside my House not there as there is a fiber cable lying underground also.Please take action against Vikas Kumar who is wasting my time by not installing DP Box outside my House.As the legal permission was given by Ministry of Telecom and UT Administration also.So why it is pending and why no proper broadband services is not given by Jio broadband also.Please look into the matter and take an immediate action.Thanks
