I have changed Airtel to Jio in jan 2019. Now i moved to my native i want to change to VI as Jio connection is poor in my area. I submitted request 2 times to port Jio to VI. First time Jio rejected my request and VI service center people showed my status in their system. I called Jio customer care they asked my to submit request again. I did and today is 4th day after 2nd request submission. They didn’t disconnect my Jio, only after that i can activate VI sim with same number. Jio customer care person is saying that they cannot do anything in this. Only VI has to disconnect my JIO number and VI only has to activate new sim also.
Jio is such a dirty nasty people. They are so hurry and happy people to buy and port to Jio. But when change from Jio to some other service they make us frustrated. So that we will continue with Jio finally since we don’ want to change number.
But I am fine, i don’t bother with number. i will disconnected jio forever. I have 2 jio numbers. I will disconnect both and will take BSNL or VI which has good service in my area.
Bye Bye Jio….. Don’t let me port… i will only disconnect…
