I had ordered a wifi installation from the Jio representative last year due to my work and had paid him the installation amount at that time but after I had paid him for the installation amount he had promised me that in the next month your installation will occur but later it got stuck so their agent suggested that you can retry the payment and we will refund you the first amount and we will proceed with the installation of with the second amount so till now I had not received my second amount back and no one has came to installation. Plus when I try to contact the company or the executive they refuse to respond and are unwilling to provide me the complaint number as well. I had paid total Rs.3536 two times and and second one in parts because they were facing some issues with the server as well I had attached one part of the payment as proof.
