Dear sir / mam’
I request you to give some light on the recharge plans provided by Jio Telecom Company. If any one go for recharge of smaller amount of rs 50 , 49 , all Top up . Then money get deducted from consumer’s account but not able to make any call .
When i go through this situation 2 times i face the same problem for Regular recharge of 50 rs & All talktime plans.
When i call at customer service at 198 , they name this number as Jio Complaint helpline But not a single IVR option is there to register the complaint or speak to customer care .
This is the biggest issue , they are fooling customers.
A verry humble request to you that please bring all customers to justice .
