I took jio connection 6 months back which ended on 20th sep.
Then on 7th i paid 750 via gpay but jio didnt give me an invoice for 750 but for 450. Currently this difference is not reflected anywhere in jio app and they refuse to acknowledge that they have some issues. When I said i want to stop connectio- they asked for more money and refused to give back my refundable deposit.
I tried calling customer xare multiple times but as soon as they realise their fault they disconnect
