Hello Sir/Madam
I am a consumer user Jio connection . Currently I am staying outside India and is not using the JIo number but to my surprise every month the bill is getting generated above 1000 whereas my base bill is 399.Moreover when I tried to contact their customer care the service is so pathetic that I never get a response. I feel like Jio is doing fraud. Neither they reply to the email nor complaints. Pathetic service.2 days back my sister made a payment of 1767 and still I am not able to use the service.Jio is saying they didn’t receive the money and bank has confirmed it’s being transferred to Jio.
