Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a jio mobile network user since 2 years. The data pack provided by the company and currently been activated by me is of Rs.555 in which 1.5GB high speed data per day will be provided to the user for 84 days. After the 1.5GB high speed 4G data exhausts for the day, the user’s internet speed will be decreased to 64KBPS.
I would like to bring to your notice that after the exhaustion of 50% of the defined data for the day (1.5GB) i.e 750MB, jio network purposely decreases the speed of the high speed data. I have checked it for days that after the exhaustion of 50% of the defined data, the net speed gets reduced by a great margin. This is violation of the promised plan to the customer and jio is duping users by deliberately doing this. Jio does this to urge the user to buy the booster packs for increasing its sales.
Kindly look into this issue and help.
