Sir,
I am Jio user since 2017. When jio newly launched in the market then there internet speed was good. Now I face lot of problems regarding internet speed. I complain for it since year but none of the action takes place against it. Nowadays I will have to take live classes at home and the broadband connection doesn’t available at my location that’s why I don’t have other option on operator. Nowadays recharge Price get increase inspite of that internet speed doesn’t increase. Please help ASAP and solve this problem.
