I have complained many times regarding the poor net speed of jio network in my locality but no action has been taken till date.
Even i have raised the appellate at appellate.upe@jio.com and my service request id: SR00000O5P71 on 2 Aug,18. But no action was taken. Again i raised appellate (service request id: SR00000OLFUX) but the results are same.
Till date i am facing the same slow net speed issue. I would have switched my network but they assured me to improve the net speed. But in actual they did nothing.
Pls provide a proper solution for the problem. And take some strict action against the company if possible for cheating it’s consumer.
