Dear Jio Team,
i would like to inform you that if you can charge us for full amount for recharge package then why you are not providing proper speed ? even i am not able to use you tube, google.com, nothing .

i am calling to JIO care from last 06 months,we are getting response that you can switch your network and can use another network, is this kind of answer should be replied with your customer and another word i am listing that we are working on it and we will setup new tower in your area within a month, when i got this ans on 2nd time, i was shocked and asked him that i am got same reply last month but still i am facing the same issue he said, we have that much info only which i can give.

so i would like to know that why the JIO customer cares are working for just pas the information or make solution of problems ? if they are charging us ful amount then why you are not giving us full network ?

if you cant provide then please announce so that we can go ahead with another network, i am writing you long mails but i know i will not received any response or solution from JIO team, my humble request you to JIO team, please care for customer as your name ( customer care ).

i would like to speak with your high authority, if possible please arrange reply for me on my email.
