Respected sir,
I am a regular customer of jio telecommunication. I am using your service from 1 year.
I want to say that I am suffering more problems to uses my internet data. I noticed that I get message of 50% data usage then internet speed is very slow. It is a daily problem. So that reason I contacted to your customer care executive but can’t solve this problem and he suggested me to change my internet service provider. He told me that can port your number in other Internet service provider company.
If you don’t solve my problem I have to do this and change my Internet service provider.
