I have ordered a JioFi device recently and since 2-3 days I am facing a huge problem in connecting to internet. We have four jio users in my house and everyone is complaining about the poor internet speed. I am not able to send any mail or any message on whatsapp/instagram/facebook because I Am using Jio as my service provider. On behalf of my family I am requesting you to kindly fix it as soon as possible because it is causing us a lot of losses in business also.
