I have requested jio care for shifting of jio setup to different home in the same society or building. I have called them multiple times and also called the local technician who helped me in replacing the jio router. He promised to come and help me fixing the issue. But he never turn up and now he is not picking the call.
Issue is 1. Customer care are pathetic and they don’t understand the issue what customer is facing. They disconnect the call at their will.
2. No one cares from the backend team to help the customer. No accountability or ownership.
The request was raised on 26th July but initially they told it will down on 28th July itself but later they are posting 2,5,10,11 and now 13th August.So they are saying silly reason and not resolved till yet.
