I’m here to raise complaint about network issues and already raised this issue with jio customer support service . but every time i just received same answers like .. there are many users right now so that why you can’t get internet access but that’s not my problem i paid my full money for internet service and when I buy it they are not mentioned that you’re not able if more user use this internet service.. second thing i paid for my best experience but right now I’m this issue and even i faced it from 2 year. every time when recharg needed they started calling but when I needed help not even call centre response for it. i have to wait to long after that they answer.. I’m wasting my time and money and they fooled people who trust them.. i am not bothering this and that is not tolerant .
