February 01 2023 to June 24 2023 Till now I keep calling customer care saying I have GO internet issue but they don’t seem to solve my problem. I recharged 1 year 2.5GB unlimited calls in January 2999 and since then I can not the use 100% internet all the time. Also, I have been calling GO customer care since last four months, but what the employees say is that it will be resolved within 48 hours. But Jio customer care can’t solve the problem. If you ask to transfer the call to the supervisor, they say they are not available . Also, if you take action, sir, there will be many people like me on the net, sir, and they will prevent the net that has been created like this, sir. You can also receive messages on WhatsApp, sir, and there is a cheap network, sir Also, I installed Airtel WiFi, what’s the problem at home sir,Thank you sir take the action sir please.
