In my area Dahanu Gaon (Parnaka),Tal-Dahanu Rd. Dist.-Palghar (Maharashtra) , the netawork of Jio is very very bad and many time internet slow or no speed. I tried to contact the customer care but they said to me to wait for 2 days and they keep giving same reason again and again. But now, it’s been more than 2 months. What should I do? Because of no internet child are unable to attend classes or give online exam etc.. please look into this matter as early as possible and resolve the issue of internet.

Yes I have the same problem in parnaka dahanu no jio internet and very very slow and bad .
