Hi,
Call rate is increasing day by day but the connectivity is still the same. I had complaint about my network connectivity and internet problem in 2017 in Pune. They told me about some technical issue in 2017 but after that I have complaint 5-6 times till now and they gave me same issue again and again. if they are not able to provide network and internet connectivity then why they are charging so much of amount. We are in 4 G era and Network connectivity is to slow even I am not able to use my 1.5 GB data in whole day and don,t forget it is 4 G data.

In Gujarat, Jafarabad area I am using Jio from long time initially when it was free internet connectivity was good no buffering, but from last 6month I facing continues issue of connectivity, in spite of repeated complain no any resolution found, every time they are telling that technical issue is going on in your area and it will be resolved within 72hr, JIO giving data pack per day wise 1.5GB but due to this connectivity issue my work getting held and wastage of money and validity. If there is technical issue in particular region then they must have extend validity or revert money what they have charged, now days rate increased by 399rs to 499rs but no network.
