I got my jio recharge online on 02-Feb-2020. I had problems connecting to internet and had lodged a complaint with Jio customer care 1800 889 9999.
They accepted that jio had some issues with the network in my area and assured me that the network problem will be resolved in a days time.
I have been following up with them on a daily basis on the status, but nothing seems to have changed except for the same excuse and regrets by the customer care folks.
I really got frustrated and requested them to refund my money, for which they have been saying that Jio does not have an option of refund.
Jio has a problem with their network all of a sudden and are not willing to extend my validity and not even willing to refund my money.
Can someone help me in this regard, It really does not make sense for me to lose my money for no fault of mine.
