I Jai prakash kejriwal, resident of jharia, district dhanbad, pin code 828111( jharkhand) is facing a big time network connection problems from jio. whenever there is some loadshedding in this area, the internet does not work even the network is soo weak that phone calls cannot be done. A huge loss due to this network mainly the internet problem has happened in Mine and a lot of others peoples business.
According to the sources it is heard that the fuel(deisel) given by jio to the jio network pannel in jharia is not being used for proving network during electric failure but instead sold to public at some nominal rate and this is the sole reason why here our network is so disturbed.
Plz take a look over this matter as huge losses and difficulty of proper connectivity may force us and other 20000 people living here to shift there connection from jio to other networks.
