Text of Complaint by Shubham Ghare:

I am filing this complaintdue to severe delay, negligence, and unprofessional behavior by their local installation team in Satara, Maharashtra.

This is the second time I have placed an installation request. My first order, Order No. NO0001AT7KIO, was cancelled earlier because the installation was never completed. I was forced to place a second order, Order No. NO0001B24652, for which I again made full payment.

I paid the installation charges on Tuesday. A technician visited on Wednesday but was clearly not technically competent and failed to install the device. He stated that the signal/frequency could not be detected. This explanation is unacceptable because there are already two Jio connections installed and working properly right next to my house, which clearly indicates network availability.

After that visit, the technician left without completing the installation or providing any resolution. From Thursday onwards till date, neither the technician nor the local installation team has responded to my calls, despite multiple attempts. This shows complete negligence and lack of accountability after collecting money from the customer.

Even after more than seven days from payment, the installation remains pending. I have suffered mental harassment, loss of time, and inconvenience due to this repeated failure and irresponsible behavior. Such service is unacceptable from a company of Jio’s reputation.

I have already raised complaints through customer care and escalation channels but have not received any satisfactory resolution so far.

I request the concerned authorities to take this complaint seriously and direct the company to:

Complete the installation immediately by a qualified technician, or

Take strict action against the responsible local service providers, and

Ensure accountability and compensation for the harassment and delay caused.

If the issue is not resolved promptly, I request appropriate relief as per consumer protection laws.
