The place where i live, jio have tower at approx 100m distance. The speed is not proper approx 5-10kbps at all the time of day/night. Customer care executive don’t care about customers. They says due to lot of users your net speed is low. Sometimes even google page doesn’t open. There is wastage of data as we are not able to utilise it. They says we can not even book your complaint as our system is showing don’t book complaint. Do whatever you want to do. We are not satisfied with jio service.
