Hello
I had a yearly plan for jio hotstar and at the end I switched to a differentn plan. To my utter surprise A yearly amount was autodebited from my account plus the new subscription amount.I have mailed them but with no response. I request arbitration and refund of Rs 899 which was unlawfully deducted.
