I’m putting up a complaint against Jio. The company has provided me extremely poor service to me since June ’21. I have reported this to call center many times but to no avail. Every time the executives tell me that service will be made good very soon. Recorded message at complaint call number 199 says to me , ” you are having poor connectivity because crores of people are watching cricket match at the same time. I have heard this message even at 3 am in morning… I am amazed to know that all the consumers from all over India travel to my area to use jio network …
Later I realised that this defective service is being given to the consumers who have not opted for expensive plan like Disney subscription , which in itself is a criminal offence …
Sir , I demand that respected court must take stringent action against this fraudster Jio company and make them pay me compensation for the mental and physical torture I have been through since this June…
