I had auto debit plan but my mobile calls stop on last day & I tried to contact customer care but no response so I mailed & reply from customer care was that auto debit may have failed so I had to recharged manually & in evening again my money auto debited I tried to contact customer care & complain dept but there was no response and now they say that there is no system to return payment.
JIO has taken two time form recharge plan so how to get my money back
