I have put wifi of the jio fiber company as there is lot of appreciation of them in my area
They tell if you don’t like it return it back full refund will be given
But I have not got my refund they have only put 500 in my account instead of 1500.they are saying that they will not pay any more amount . They are just doing fruad by not giving all the information . The technician who has put the wifi at my home so not told me anything about this
Infact when I want to cancel or raise return request I called that technician and asked him that my whole amount will be refunded he said yes you will get it don’t worry about that . But after 1 month when my patience was over i contacted them they said you will not get your refund.
Please help me in getting my refund and file a case against jio
