I’ve paid ₹ 2500 for Jio Giga Fibre. Later executive told me that due to some issues my connection could not been issued. I’m waiting for refund since 2019. Spoken with customer care in 2019 no one helped me.
Then at a last try I’ve submitted online request for refund in Aug 2011 Initially it showed that my refund will be issued within 10-15 days now it’s showing that refund is not applicable. Kindly help me to get my refund.
