Hi, This is walida firdous from west bengal,kharagpur actually i bought jio gigafibre connection with trial offer on 22nd feb 2021 with deposited 2500 rs. But due to some reason I shifted to another location thats why i cancel the connection before 30 days and jio customer representative told me that a service engineer will visit and receive the jio fibre box and cancel the same but no one reply after 10 days have already passed.pls help me sir i want my refund soon
