I have cancelled my Jio Fiber connection on 17-07-2021. I was told by their call center that their representative will collect the router from my place and refund will be processed within 7-14 days. After multiple called Device is collected on 10-08-2021. I have called them multiple times on their customer care for refund but no response from jio care.
